ZL50轮式装载机轮边减速器载荷谱编制方法

摘要 为了编制轮边减速器载荷谱,基于采集的装载机在五种物料工况下工作时的半轴扭矩,对采集到的五种工况下的扭矩信号进行了预处理,再将其按照各自的比例合成,然后采用里程外推的方法外将累计频次推至106,最后建立了一维8级载荷谱。为了缩短试验时间,对载荷谱做了强化处理。 In order to compile the load spectrum of the wheel reducer,the half-axis torque of the loader under the five kinds of material working conditions was collected.The torque signals of the five kinds of working conditions are pretreated,and then they are synthesized according to their respective proportions. Then,the cumulative frequency is pushed to 106 by the extrapolation method. Finally,we established a one-dimensional 8-stage load spectrum. In order to shorten the test time,the load spectrum has been strengthened.
