摘要 设计实现了基于网络控制系统的电梯电气控制平台,引入了支持工业级Ether Net/IP协议的设备级环网,该环网是自动化设备相互连接的网络,允许单故障维持环网正常运行,保障了网络运行的安全性。本设计的环形拓扑中包含了门厅信号、轿厢信号、拖动控制和位置信息,实现了电梯运行的所有电气信号均在网络中传输控制,简化接线、降低安装成本、提高设备运行的稳定性和可靠性,同时实现了与上位机、人机界面和其他电梯控制系统的通信,有较高的推广和应用价值。 In this paper,the design and implementation of elevator electrical control platform based on networked control systems,equipment level introduces support industrial grade Ether Net/IP protocol ring,the ring network is the automation equipment of interconnected networks,allowing a single fault ring maintain normal operation,guarantee the safety of network operation. The design of the ring topology contains a Hall signal,car signal,drive control and location information,to achieve all the electrical signal of the elevator are transmitted in the network control,simplify wiring and lower installation cost,improve the operation stability and reliability of equipment,and to achieve the communication with the host computer,man-machine interface and other elevator the control system,has a very high value of promotion and application.
