摘要 Q215碳素钢表面上制备一层Ni-Mo-P-Si3N4复合镀层,在MS-T3000摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验,记录平均摩擦系数,测试磨痕宽度,计算磨损率,研究该化学镀层的摩擦磨损性能。分析结果表明:载荷不变时,平均摩擦系数和磨损率均随滑动速度的增大而增大;滑动速度不变时,平均摩擦系数和磨损率均随载荷的增大而增大;载荷和滑动速度不变时,平均摩擦系数和磨损率随镀层中Si3N4的体积分数先增大后减小。 On Q215 carbon steel surface,we get the preparation of a layer of Ni-Mo-P-Si3N4 composite coating,In MS-T3000 friction and wear testing machine to carry on the friction and wear test,record the average friction coefficient,test grinding crack width and calculate wear rate,the friction and wear properties of the chemical plating was studied. The analysis results show that the load is constant,the average friction coefficient and wear rate increase with the increase of sliding velocity;Sliding speed is constant,the average friction coefficient and wear rate increase with the increase of load;At constant load and sliding speed,the average friction coefficient and wear rate increase with the volume fraction of coating of Si3N4 first then decrease.
