自由体位配合分娩球运动对缩短第一产程的效果观察

Effect of Free Position Midwifery Combined with Labor Ball on Shortening the Birth Process in the First Stage of Labor

目的:探讨自由体位配合分娩球对于产妇在第一产程中的作用,并观察其效果。方法:选取在我院产科住院的160例产妇,按照随机数字表分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)。观察组在第一产程采用自由体位配合分娩球,对照组采用常规的卧位等待分娩。结果:观察组产妇在产程中疼痛评分、第一产程时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组顺产率(93.75%)高于对照组(68.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产程中应用自由体位配合分娩球能有效缩短产妇在第一产程的时间、显著减轻产妇的疼痛、提高了顺产率,在产科中可以推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of free position midwifery combined with labor ball on shortening the birth process in the first stage of labor. Methods： A total of 160 cases of maternal in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, 80 cases in each group. The observation group applied with free position midwitery combined with labor ball in the first stage of labor, while the control group applied with the supine position, and right and left lateral positions delivery. Results： In the observation group, the VAS score of labor pain and the duration of the first stage of labor were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05） . The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group （93.75%） was higher than that in the control group （68.75%, P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Application of free position midwifery combined with labor ball in the birth process can effectively shorten the duration of the first stage of labor, relieve labor pain, and improve the rate of vaginal delivery, which is worthy of application in obstetrics.
