摘要
皮肤是人体最大的器官,在健康和美容等方面具有重要作用。随着时间的推移,皮肤会出现色素沉着、产生皱纹、弹性降低等衰老现象,其中,光老化主要由外源性理化因素造成,与多种皮肤病和皮肤恶性肿瘤有密切的关系。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)是一种具有自我复制能力和多向分化潜能的干细胞,能够分泌多种细胞因子和生长因子,在抗皮肤光老化中发挥一定的作用。本文主要从基因调控和蛋白表达调控两个方面对MSC及其分泌液的抗皮肤光老化的作用机制进行综述。
Skin is the largest organ of human body and plays an important role in health and cosmetology. As individuals age, the skin undergoes changes, such as irregular pigmentation, generation of wrinkles and loss of elasticity. Skin photoaging is mainly caused by exogenous physical and chemical factors, which is associated with a variety of skin diseases and cancerous diseases. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) display self-replication and multi-lineage developmental plasticity and secrete various growth factors, which play an important role in anti-photoaging. This review summerizes the anti-photoaging mechanisms of MSCs and their soluble factors from regulation of gene and protein expression.
