Research Progress of Effects of Phthalates on Reproductive Toxicity and Its Mechanisms

邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalates,PAEs)作为环境内分泌干扰物,主要应用于工业和日用品生产中,可通过消化道、呼吸道及皮肤接触等途径进入人体。人群暴露于PAEs对健康产生的危害也逐渐受到重视,尤其是生殖健康方面。本文就PAEs的暴露情况、对机体生殖系统影响及其可能机制进行综述。

As environmental endocrine disruptors, phthalates （PAEs） are widely used in production of industry and daily necessities. PAEs primarily enter human body through digestive tract, respiratory tract and skin contact. PAEs exposure hazards are gradually being taken seriously, especially in terms of reproductive health. In this paper, the exposure of PAEs and its effects on reproductive system and the related possible mechanisms were reviewed.
