摘要
在介绍DAB变换器的拓扑结构和工作原理、仿真器工作特性的基础上,首先理论分析了死区时间对DAB变换器功率输出范围的限制以及高频隔离变压器原、副边全桥桥间输出电压波形存在的高频振荡问题;然后,提出了改变高频隔离变压器原、副边触发脉冲相对相移量解决输出功率受限和减小杂散电感降低输出纹波的方法;最后,通过仿真与实验测试,验证了该方法的有效性。
On the basis of the introduction of topology structure,working principle of DAB converters and working characteristics of the emulator,the impact from the dead time on the output power range and the high-frequency oscillation of output voltage between the primary and vice bridge which is on each side of the high-frequency isolated transformer are analyzed.Then a new method is proposed to solve the limited power output by changing the relative phase shift of the vice bridge trigger pulse,and reduce the output ripple by depressing the stray inductance.Finally,the effectiveness are verified through analysis,simulations and experiments.
