摘要
由丝网性能可知,丝网分离器的操作下限由液滴分离效率要求决定,操作上限由丝网的泛点气速决定。文中分析了丝网分离机理,在此基础上提出了气体速度、丝网结构参数与液滴分离效率之间的关联式,根据液滴分离效率确定丝网分离器的操作下限;丝网分离器的操作上限由丝网液泛速度决定。根据确定的上下限气速,可在此范围内选定设计气速用于确定丝网分离器的尺寸。
The lower operation limit of wire mesh eliminator was determined by the requirements of liquid droplet separation efficiency while the upper operation limit of wire mesh eliminator was determined by the flooding vapor velocity according to performance of wire mesh. The mechanism of wire mesh separation was analyzed,based on liquid droplet separation efficiency was correlated as a function of gas velocity and wire mesh structure parameters,so the lower operation limit of wire mesh eliminator can be resolved by this correlation when the liquid droplet separation efficiency was confirmed. The upper operation limit of wire mesh eliminator was determined by wire mesh flooding velocity. According to the determined upper and lower gas velocity,the designed gas velocity can be selected within this range to determine the size of the wire mesh eliminator.
