聚酰胺反渗透商品膜的耐氯性研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验选用三款聚酰胺反渗透商品膜SWC5、SWC6和SW30进行活性氯溶液浸泡处理,研究海水反渗透膜的耐氯性及膜形貌结构和组成的变化,并探讨氯化机理。ATR-FTIR分析表明三款膜活性氯处理后酰胺Ⅰ和Ⅱ的特征峰都有不同程度的消失或减弱;XPS元素分析显示活性氯处理后膜的氧含量和O、N比都有显著的增加,膜中存在Cl元素,表明聚酰胺层发生部分降解且发生Cl取代反应。三款膜活性氯处理后表面粗糙度、表面比和水接触角有所增加。SW30膜分离性能下降程度最小,耐氯性较好。 Three kind of commercial polyamide RO membranes SWC5,SWC6 and SW30 were chosen for soaking with active chlorine solution. Chlorine resistance, membrane morphology and composition were studied, and chlorization mechanism was also discussed. ATR-FTIR analysis showed the amideⅠandⅡcharacteristic bands of the three membranes were disappeared or weakened in different degrees. XPS elemental analysis showed oxygen content and O/N ratio increased markedly after treating with active chlorine,and Cl element also existed in the membrane,which suggested that the break of amido bond and Cl substitution reaction happened. Surface roughness,surface ratio and water contact angle all increased with different degree. SW30 had the least decreasing degrees with separation property and better chlorine resistance.
