摘要
水套加热炉是油气集输系统不可缺少的主要设备,其热效率的高度直接影响油气田地面建设的技术水平、节能减排和经济效益。本文利用数值分析软件分别对水套加热炉热场分布进行了分析,分别探讨了模型速度入口边界和质量入口边界以及不同壁温工况下水套加热炉的热场分布情况和热效率水平。分析结果可为水套加热炉的节能提效技术改造提供参考。
The water jacket heater has been used as an integral part of the oil and gas gathering and transportation system,and the thermal efficiency of these equipment takes important role in construction,energy saving and emission reduction in oil and gas company. The numerical analysis software was used to analyze the thermal field of the water jacket heater,both the velocity inlet boundary model and the mass inlet boundary model were considered as well as the temperature on the surface of the equipment to calculate the thermal field distribution. The analysis results could be referenced in reforming water jacket heater.
