摘要
《食品理化检验》是食品类专业的必修课程,是一门内容多、范围广的应用型课程。本文结合本校食品类专业的食品理化检验课程教学实践,分析现阶段课程中存在的问题,从教学内容和教学方式上对课程教学改革进行了探讨。课程教学应结合实验教学对理论教学的内容和方式进行优化,多种教学方式并用,并改进评估方式,以期取得较好的教学效果。
Food Physical and Chemical Analysis is a required course in food specialty,and also a practical course,which has many characteristics i. e. abundance of content and broad study field. Combining Food Physical and Chemical Analysis teaching practice of food specialty in our school,the teaching situation was analyzed,and several reform scheme based on the teaching characteristics of food specialty were put forward. Based on the practice of teaching,the content of the course,teaching methods and testing method,etc,were analyzed and studied. Better results in teaching were got in this way.
