为了找出控制整车污染物蒸发排放的途径和方法,为降低蒸发排放提供改进方向,通过对整车和系统进行多轮多维度的分解测试,应用整车系统分解对比法找出控制整车污染物蒸发排放的途径和方法。按照国Ⅵ排放标准测试,得到了整车污染物蒸发排放的系统数据,达到了预期测试目的。通过本轮测试得出,动力总成及附属系统是解决国Ⅵ污染物蒸发排放的关键。

In order to find a new solution of controlling vehicle pollution emission, and provide the improving orientation to reduce evaporative emission, this paper introduces a new solution of controlling vehicle pollution emission through the repeated emission tests of vehicle and complete vehicle analysis. The data of vehicle pollutants evaporative emission is obtained based on China Ⅵ, achieving the target of test. The test shows that the power-train and its accessory system are the key points to solve the problem of the pollutants evaporative emission that should meet the requirements of China Ⅵ.
