摘要
整车总布置在车辆开发过程中是一个非常重要的阶段,直接影响着车身结构、乘员舱及内部结构等的布置和尺寸控制。介绍了总布置的一般步骤和过程,明确了总布置的主要原则。结合平台布置要求,成功地优化了某纯电动车发动机舱内的布置。以满足人机工程布置设计为主线,从人机工程设计的步骤出发,以某改款车为例,通过竞争车的对标分析,讨论了乘坐舒适性、操纵性、驾驶员视野及上下车便利性之间的关系,得出了总布置优化方案。
The vehicle layout is an important step in the vehicle development and it has a direct influence on the layout and dimension, including the body frame, passenger accommodation and its stntcture. This paper introduces the steps of general layout and illustrates the main principles of layout. The layout of engine compartment is optimized for a certain electric vehicle based on the requirements of the platform layout. The purpose of this paper is to meet the requirements of ergonomics, taking a modified car as an example, discussing the relation among riding conffort, handling stability, driver's vision and entry-exit ease through the analysis of competitive car model, finally, the optimum is determined.
