摘要
为了提升汽车刮水器的品质感,在产品开发的设计阶段,引入了感知质量的概念,从刮水器的整体性、操作及视觉牢固性等感知方面对刮水器进行了详细的介绍,并形成一定的设计方法。通过该方法,可以将主观评价的感知项转化为具体的设计规范,满足了用户对汽车刮水器感知质量的要求,为后续车型的开发设计提供了依据。
In order to improve the quality sense of wiper, this paper introduces the concept of perceived quality at the stage of the product development and design. The paper describes such perceived aspects in detail as integrity performance, firm performance of vision and operation, and forming the design method. Using the method, we can translate perceived items of subjective evaluation into specific design specifications, meeting user's requirements for car wiper perceived quality, and providing some reference for the application of wiper system.
