摘要
采用案例研究的方法,研究了管理变革、人才管理与企业并购扩张间的内在关系,研究表明:(1)企业通过持续的管理变革进行管理模式优化,有利于打造一个高效的管理模式;(2)企业通过加强人才管理进行后备人才的培养与开发,有利于打造丰富的企业后备人才库;(3)在并购过程中,企业通过管理模式整合和人力资源整合,将被并购企业同化成高效子公司,从而实现快速扩张发展。
This paper studies the internal relationship among management reform, talent management and the M&A expansion through case studies. The research shows : ( 1 ) By continuous management change to optimize management model, it is conducive for enterprises to build an efficient management mode ; (2) By strengthening talent management to cultivate and exploit reserve talents, it is conducive for enterprises to create a rich reserve talent pool; (3)In the process of M&A, by the integration of management model and human re- sources, the enterprises can assimilate the acquired companies into efficient subsidiary enterprises, so as to achieve rapid expansion and development.
