摘要
近些年,随着智慧城市的大力发展,智慧应急系统得到了快速发展,功能得到了整体提升,本文阐述了智慧应急的概念、建设重点、建设模式和关键技术等,综合分析、归纳总结了城市应急管理信息系统的实际需求,着重围绕智慧应急管理信息平台建设中经常遇到的困难和问题,对智慧城市中的应急管理信息系统建设提出了建议和意见。
In recent years, the intelligent emergency system comes into being and has been improved rapidly with the construction of smart city. In this paper, the conception, construction mode and key technology of intelligent emergency system are described, the demand for city emergency management information system is analyzed and summarized. It emphasizes the difficulties and problems in the construction of intelligent emergency management information platform and puts forward some suggestions.
