摘要
笔者指出指挥信息系统是打赢现代高技术条件下局部战争必备的重要信息装备,其健康状态影响到系统的作战效能,针对指挥信息系统的健康状态评估问题,以指挥信息系统为健康状态评估对象,建立了指挥信息系统结构树模型,根据指挥信息系统的结构分解和功能划分,对该系统划分的系统层、分系统层、组件层、部件层四级层次进行了说明,提出了指挥信息系统健康状态评估的一般流程,基于多元状态估计技术以及改进的层次分析法进行系统的健康状态评估,以美军C4ISR系统为例进行仿真实验与分析,结果表明,笔者提出的评估方法具有合理性和适用性。
The command information system is an important information equipment to win the local war under the modern high technique condition, and its health affects the operational effectiveness of the system. Taking command information system as health assessment object, the structure tree model of the system is established, the system layer, subsystem layer, component layer and subassembly layer of the system are introduced, and the general process of command information system health assessment is proposed. It uses multivariate state estimation technique and analytic hierarchy process to assess the health status of the system, then the American C4 ISR system is used for the simulation experiment and analysis. The result shows that the evaluation method is reasonable and applicable.
