高职IT类专业实训式企业培训模式的研究——以张家港市中小企业为例

Practical Training Model of IT Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Zhangjiagang as an Example

目前,张家港市的中小企业正在不断转型升级,"互联网+"得到了快速发展,中小企业对IT类人才的培训需求也越来越大。本文剖析了高职IT实训教学和培训存在的问题,并以张家港市中小企业为例,对高职院校开展本地中小企业IT技能开放式实训的管理机制和模式进行了分析和研究,并围绕产教深度融合,进一步强化实训环节及校企合作,在快速培养企业IT人才方面,为政府部门和企业推进IT产业的发展提供人才保障。

With the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises and the rapid development of Internet＋, the training demand of IT talents in small and medium-sized enterprises of Zhangjiagang is also increasing. This paper analyses the practical teaching problems of IT specialty in higher vocational colleges. Taking small and medium-sized enterprises of Zhangjiagang as an example, it studies and discusses the management mechanism and mode of open-type practical training, and proposes deepening the integration of production and education to strengthen practical training and school-enterprise cooperation. It points out that the training of enterprise IT talents will provide talent guarantee for the development of IT industry.
