摘要
分析了空气积聚对凝汽器换热产生的影响,介绍了凝汽器漏入干空气量的确定方法,详细阐述了凝汽器热力计算算法和换热区间凝结量的求解方法;通过对实例中凝汽器各个换热区间凝结量的计算,再结合HEI标准中推荐的总的空气量数值,计算出该实例在各个换热区间的干空气量分配,为凝汽器抽空气管的设计提供了数据支持,保证了凝汽器的换热效果,提高了凝汽器的经济性。
This paper analyzes the influence of air accumulation on the heat transfer of condenser, introduces the determination method of dry air in condenser, elaborates the thermodynamic calculation method of condenser and the solution of condensation volume in heat exchange zone. Based on the calculation of air volume in each heat exchange zone and the total air values recommended by HEI, the dry air distribution in each heat exchange area is calculated. It provides data support for the design of air extraction tube of condenser, strengthens heat transfer performance and improves the economy of condenser.
