摘要
介绍了高速齿轮传动装置的发展过程,分析了刚度激励、误差激励和啮合冲击激励3种齿轮系统内部激励以及轴承对高速齿轮传动装置振动的影响,认为从内部激励不同因素出发,把握齿轮传动系统动力学本质,探究齿轮箱的振动机理,对从振动的角度开展齿轮箱的设计,推动齿轮技术向高承载能力、高齿面硬度、高精度、高速度、高可靠性、高传动效率和低噪声、低成本以及标准化、多样化方向发展具有重要意义。
This paper introduces the development of high-speed gear transmission system, analyses the influence of internal excitation and bearing on the vibration of high-speed gear transmission device, including stiffness excitation, error excitation and meshing impact excitation. It points out that grasping the dynamic nature of gear transmission system and exploring the vibration mechanism of gear box from the perspective of internal excitation factors are very important for carrying out the gearbox design from the viewpoint of vibration. Besides, it is of great significance to promote the development of gear technology to a higher level.
