摘要
为了解决空压机系统功率匹配的难题,对空压机控制系统进行自动化改造。利用工业以太网和现场总线构建通信网络。采集供气管网实际压力值,通过实时管网压力值与期望管网压力值的比对,负反馈调节各台空压机的启动和停止。经过自动化改造后的空压机系统节省电能约20%,功率匹配得到优化。
In order to solve the problem of the air compressor system power matching, the automatic reform is carried out to the air compressor control system. The industrial Ethernet and field bus are used to set up the communication network in the system. The practical pressure value of the air supply pipe network is collected. Start or stop of each air compressor is adjusted in a negative feedback regulation through comparing real-time pressure value of the air supply pipe network to the expected one. The consumption of electric energy is reduced by about 20% in the air compressor system after reform and the power matching is optimized greatly.
