摘要
某地坑式废物库内存放了核设施早期运行产生的大量中放固体废物,废物总活度上万居里,这种废物贮存方式不符合现行规范,给周围环境带来极大的安全隐患,需尽快妥善回取并整备。基于该废物库的实际情况,设计了"动力机械手远程操作"的回取工艺路线,在实施过程中解决了坑口改造与大剂量废物整备的难题,最终成功地实施了坑式中放固体废物的回取与整备包装。
A pit waste storage facilities stored a large number of intermediate level radioactive solid wastes (ILW) from the nuclear facilities in early operation to produce, the total waste activity was above tens of thousands of Curie, this mode of waste storage does not meet the current specifications, which brings a great security risk to the surrounding environment and should be retrieved and conditioned as soon as possible. Based on the actual situation of the waste storage facilities, a retrieval technical process route of "dynamic manipulator through remote operation" was designed, the problem of high dose waste conditioning and pit exit remodeling were solved in the implementation process, finally, the ILW was successfully retrieved and conditioned.
