执业医师资格分阶段考试改革背景下组织学与胚胎学教学的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 自《中华人民共和国执业医师法》颁布以来,我国以法律形式实行执业医师资格考试制度已近二十年。这项制度的实施,不仅为保障医师队伍质量发挥了重要作用,也为培养合格的医学生做出巨大贡献。但在执业医师资格考试的实施过程中,逐渐发现,这种考试制度与医学教育的发展和卫生改革的要求还有诸多不适应。为进一步提高我国医学教育的质量,满足社会发展需求,我国实行了临床执业医师资格分阶段考试。在这种改革背景下,认为从教材选用、教学模式、考核方式和师资队伍等方面改革组织学与胚胎学教学体系势在必行。 Since the enactment of the "Medical Practitioner Law of the People's Republic of China",it has been nearly twenty years for our country to implement the medical licensing examination system in the form of law.The implementation of this system not only plays an important role in ensuring the quality of doctors team,but also contributes greatly to the training of qualified medical students.However,in the process of the medical practitioner qualification examination,we gradually find that the examination system is still out of step with the development of medical education and the requirements of health reform.In order to further improve the quality of medical education and meet the needs of social development in China,the clinical practice physician qualification examination has been carried out in stages.Under the background of this reform,it is considered that it is imperative to reform the teaching system of histology and embryology from the aspects of teaching materials selection,teaching mode,assessment methods and teaching staff.
