摘要
目的分析不同民族预防本科生学习投入、专业认同之间的关系,基于学习投入视角探讨专业认同的影响因素。方法对307名本科预防专业学生进行学习投入问卷和专业认同度问卷调查。结果本科预防专业学生的学习投入总体处于中等略偏上水平,其中以维吾尔族为高;学习投入总分与专业认同总分呈显著正相关(r=0.813,P<0.01);回归分析显示,学习投入是专业认同及各维度的有效预测变量。结论学习投入对专业认同有重要影响,提升本科预防医学专业学生的专业认同应优先关注学习投入的作用。
Objective To analyze the relationship between learning engagement and professional identity of preventive students of different nationalities,and to explore the influencing factors of professional identity from the perspective of learning engagement.Methods A survey was conducted among 307 undergraduate preventive students by using the learning engagement questionnaire and the professional identity questionnaire.Results The learning engagement of undergraduate preventive students was generally slightly higher than the average level,among them,the Uygur nationality was the highest.There was a significant positive correlation between total score of learning input and total score of professional identity(r=0.813,P〈0.01).Regression analysis showed that learning engagement was an effective predictor of professional identity.Conclusion Learning engagement had an important influence on professional identity,enhancing the professional identity should pay more attention to the learning engagement.
