摘要
临床型研究生由于缺乏较为系统的科学思维训练,往往不能很好地解决工作中遇到的实际科学问题。而且现在我国医生短缺,临床工作任务重,时间紧,更是难以科研训练,通过对我科近几年临床硕士研究生的科研能力的培养,谈谈我们的心得体会。
Because of the lack of systematic scientific thinking training,clinical graduate students often can not solve the practical problems encountered in the work.And now the shortage of doctors in our country,the clinical task is heavy,time is tight,it is difficult to scientific research training,this article through our department in recent years clinical master＇s degree research ability training,talk about our experience.
