摘要
目的比较硼酸缓冲液和巴比妥缓冲液在醋酸纤维薄膜电泳中的分离效果,评定硼酸缓冲液是否可以替代巴比妥缓冲液用于实验教学。方法选取健康家兔血清,分别在两种缓冲液环境中进行醋酸纤维薄膜电泳。巴比妥缓冲液:pH 8.6,电压110 V,电泳时间60 min;硼酸缓冲液:pH 8.6,电压120 V,电泳时间70 min。比较两种缓冲液的分离效果。结果两种缓冲液的电泳分离血清蛋白效果相当。结论硼酸缓冲液可替代巴比妥缓冲液用于实验教学。
Objective To compare the separation effect of boric acid buffer and barbiturate buffer in the cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis andevaluate whether boric acid buffer can be used for the experimental teaching.Methods Healthy rabbit serum received electrophoresis in different buffer.Barbiturate buffer:pH 8.6,voltage 110 V,electrophoresis time 60 min.Boric acid buffer:pH 8.6,voltage 120 V,electrophoresis time 70 min.The separation effect of two kinds of buffer was compared.Results The separation effect of two kinds of buffer wasequivalent.Conclusion Boric acid buffer can be used for the experimental teaching.
