一氧化氮抑制血小板保存损伤的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 血小板在制备和保存过程中容易被激活而丧失生理活性,造成血小板保存损伤(platelet storage lesion,PSL),这使得血小板保存质量的提高较为困难。改善血小板保存质量的关键之一就是最大可能降低其在保存过程中的活化。近年开展的一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)研究表明,NO在体内外都能抑制血小板的活化,为血小板体外保存提供了新思路。目前国内外的相关研究主要是用NO气体或者NO供体作为血小板的外源性NO。主要总结了目前血小板制剂的保存现状以及NO抑制血小板活化的机制,讨论NO供体改善血小板保存质量的可行性。 Platelets are easily activated during processing to platelet concentrates and storage,resulting in platelet storage lesion(PSL),a further research to improving the preservation quality will focus on inhibition of platelet's activation.Nitric oxide(NO) has shown to be a potent inhibitor of platelet aggregation both in vitro and in vivo.Since platelets are activated during processing to platelet concentrates and storage,NO is anticipated to dampen the rate of lesion development.There are two methods to supply platelets with NO:one is the infusion of authentic NO,the other is giving NO donor.The former has been reported home and abroad.New evidence suggests that NO synthesized by platelets regulates platelets functions,in particular suppressing platelets activation.Here we review the current state of platelets storage and the feasibility and efficacy of inhibition storage lesion in platelets storage by the introduction of NO donor.
