儿童保健门诊中体弱儿的管理

The Management of Frail Children in Children Health Care Outpatient Service

目的研究天津市0~7岁儿童保健门诊体弱儿的管理方向,为儿童肥胖预防与干预提出有效的防治措施。方法选择在天津市南开区嘉陵道街2015年10月—2016年9月儿童保健(4.2.1)常规查体2 761名儿童中的832名体弱儿童进行分析。结果超重和肥胖儿童分别占体弱儿管理六大类的第一位和第二位。结论天津市儿童保健门诊体弱儿管理的重点是做好超重和肥胖儿童的管理,而肥胖是多种因素相互作用的结果,应采取综合防治措施给予有针对性的干预。

Objective To explore the children health care managing direction of frail children from 0~7 years old in Tianjin,and give effective precaution for preventing and intervening children overweight.Methods 832 frail children was chosen from 2 761 children health care routine checking（4.2.1） from October 2015 to September 2016 in Jialing Street of Nankai District in Tianjin.Results The first and second position of 6 kinds of weak children were occupied by overweight and fat separately.Conclusion The key point of the children health care managing of weak children of Tianjin is to give well management for the overweight and fat children,and interaction of many factors cause the obesity,it has to take the comprehensive control measures to give targeted intervention.
