摘要
开采露天煤矿坑底薄及中厚煤层将增加整个矿的采剥运输距离且需剥离大量岩石导致开采不经济,大量坑底薄煤层被遗弃。针对这种情况,提出机械铲直接倒堆工艺开采坑底最下部煤层。首先,提出工艺的爆破、平整倒堆体、倒堆、回采煤层等程序。其次布置台阶参数,制定出设备选型的步骤,并制定出应用条件,此工艺的的应用将对露天煤矿产生良好的经济效益。
Mining low and medium-thickness coal seam will increase stripping transportation distance of the whole mine,meanwhile stripping an amount of rock and soil causes not economic mining. Aiming at this, this article proposes the shovel--bucket mining overcastting system for the lowest coal seam. At first, the author proposes the technology blasting, overcastting and mining coal seam, then sets bench parameter and formulates equipment selection steps and application condition, which creates good economic benefit.
