Through the analysis and contrast of hydraulic fault handling methods, combined with the drill hydraulic maintenance experience in Heidaigou Open-pit Mine, this article elaborated that by means of a hydraulic tester, we can rapidly analyze and ultimately determine the failure of hydraulic components, shorten hydraulic fault diagnosis time, improve the efficiency of the hydraulic equipment fault maintenance.
