摘要
目的探讨锐影技术结合双定位像对腹部CT扫描中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析短期内进行腹部复查的30例患者,同一患者初次行正位定位像扫描,复查时行正侧双定位像扫描,将患者首次检查与复查分别设置为对照组与试验组,并设置相同的扫描条件及扫描范围。采用自身对照30例患者第2次复查采用正侧双定位像扫描,使用锐影技术为试验组;30例患者初次检查,使用正位定位像扫描,使用锐影技术为对照组。测量和计算肝门层面肝脏、脾脏及肾门层面右肾的平均像素值(CT值)、图像噪声(SD)、信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR);由2名主治及主治以上医师采用5分制对2组图像质量进行评价;对CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度值(DLP)和有效剂量(ED)进行记录与对比。结果 2组图像均能满足临床诊断,试验组与对照组肝门层面肝脏、脾脏及肾门层面右肾的平均CT值及肾门层面腹主动脉的CNR差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);SD差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SNR试验组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);试验组与对照组CTDIvol、DLP、ED差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组较对照组有效辐射剂量降低约26.80%。结论应用锐影技术并结合正侧双定位像相应用于腹部CT扫描,可在满足诊断要求的基础上,使患者受辐射的程度大大降低,具有较大的临床意义。
Objective To explore the value of RuKi technology based on double topograms in abdomen CT scanning. Methods Retrospective study was performed on 30 patients with follow-up abdominal CT scanning. For each patient, single topogram was used for the first time (control group) while double topograms were applied for the second time (experimental group). Regions of interest(ROIs) were placed at liver and spleen on the liver gate level re- spectively, and at kidney on renal gate level at the same time. CT value, image noise (SD), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) were measured. 5-score standard was used to evaluate the image quality by two ex- perienced reviewers. CT dose index (CTDIvol), dose length product (DLP) and effective dose (ED) were compared be- tween these two groups. Results The image quality of these two groups can be used to clinical diagnosis. There was no significant difference of CT values and CNR between these two groups (P〉0.05); while SD and SNR had significant difference(P〈0.01). CTDvol, DLP and ED of these two groups had significantly difference (P〈0.01). However, the radi- ation dose of the experimental group was lower about 26.80% than that of the control group. Conclusion RuKi tech- nology based on double topograms can be applied to abdomen CT scanning to meet clinical application and reduce the radiation dose at the same time.
