护理干预应用于冠状动脉CT血管成像检查的效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的冠状动脉CT血管成像检查应用整体护理干预的影响。方法选择我院2015年10月至2016年11月收治的150例行冠状动脉CT血管成像检查的患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为2组,观察组(75例,整体护理干预)、对照组(75例,常规护理),并对比分析CT冠状动脉成像(CTCA)检查时心率与成像质量。结果2组患者在护理前的基础心率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后患者心率有所改善,且观察组患者的心率(60.3±2.9)次/min显著优于对照组的(63.8±3.9)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者经整体护理后CTCA成像质量优43例,良27例,差5例,优良率为93%,对照组患者CTCA质量优32例,良21例,差22例,优良率71%,2组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CTCA检查中应用整体护理干预措施,能够稳定患者心率,提高CTCA的成像质量,提高诊断准确率,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。 Objective Effect of nursing intervention on CT angiography of coronary artery. Methods One hundred and fifty patients undergoing coronary angiography were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to November 2016. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The observation group (75 cases, the whole nursing intervention) Group (75 cases, routine care), and compared the CTCA examination heart rate and imaging quality. Results There was no significant difference in the baseline heart rate between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05). The heart rate of the two groups after nursing was improved.The heart rate of the observation group (60.3±2.9)was better than that of the control group (63.8±3.9),the diffevence was statistically signif- icant(P〈0.05). In the observation group, the CTCA imaging quality was excellent in 43 cases, good in 27 cases and poor in 5 cases, the excellent and good rate was 93%. The quality of CTCA in the control group was 32 cases, 21 cases were good, 22 cases were excellent, the excellent and good rate was 71% , The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Coronary CT angiography in the application of the overall nursing intervention measures to stabilize the patient's heart rate, improve the CTCA imaging quality, improve diag- nostic accuracy, improve the reliable basis for clinical treatment.
