超声造影联合弹性成像对前列腺癌的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经直肠超声造影联合超声弹性成像对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取我院可疑前列腺癌住院患者41例,经直肠彩色多普勒超声观察前列腺二维图像、彩色血流及弹性成像特征,然后行超声造影检查,将超声造影联合弹性成像检查结果与前列腺穿刺病理结果进行比较。结果 41例可疑前列腺癌患者经前列腺穿刺病理诊断前列腺癌21例,前列腺增生20例;经直肠超声造影联合弹性成像诊断前列腺癌23例,前列腺增生18例,经直肠超声造影联合弹性成像诊断前列腺癌敏感性90%,特异性80%,约登指数70.48。结论经直肠超声造影联合弹性成像对前列腺癌诊断及鉴别诊断均具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced uhrasonography combined the tran- srectal ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods Forty-one patients with suspected prostate cancer were enrolled in this study. The transrectal ultrasound were performed for all patients, observing the image of two-dimensional ultrasound, color blood flow, elastography features. And contrast-enhanced ultrasound were also per- formed for all patients. The accuracy rate of prostate cancer detection using TRUS were compared with the pathologic results. Results Altogether 21 prostate cancersand 20 prostatic hyperplasia patients were detected by pathologic. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonograpny combined the transrectal ultrasound elastography detected 23 prostate cancers and 18 prostatic hyperplasia patients . The sensitivity, specificity, Youden index of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography combined the transrectal ultrasound elastography were 90%, 80% and 70.48. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ul- trasonography combined transrectal ultrasound elastography has high clinical value in detection and differential di- agnosis prostate cancer.
