摘要
中医院是中医药文化传播的主要载体,探究其中医药文化软实力建设的路径,有利于提高中医院综合实力。本研究以江苏省中医院为例,从中医药文化价值吸引力、知识生产力和社会影响力入手,探究中医院中医药文化软实力建设路径。中医药文化软实力的建设受患者人数的限制,中医药文化知识生产力有待稳固提高、创新性不足。树立正确的中医药文化的核心价值观,以人为本服务患者,激励医务人员创作,将实践融入理论之中,增强中医院中医药创新能力,提高社会影响力。
Hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine are the main carriers of TCM culture spread. To explore the construction route of TCM soft power is beneficial to the improvement in TCM comprehensive strength. Taking Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, the authors make the insight into the soft power construction route of TCM culture from the attraction of TCM culture value,knowledge productivity and social influence. The soft power construction of TCM culture is restricted by the number of patients,knowledge productivity of TCM culture needs improving steadily and the inadequate creativeness exists in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, correct core values of TCM culture should be set up,medical workers be inspired to make peopleoriented innovation by putting theory into practice so as to enhance TCM creativeness in TCM hospitals and improve TCM influence on society.
