骨形成因子7的分子功能研究进展及在老年医学中的应用

The Advancement of Studies on the Molecular Function and of Bone Morphogenetic Protein 7 and its Role in Geriatrics

骨形成因子属于转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)超家族中的一个亚群,BMP7是骨形成因子家族的一个成员,天然hBMP-7存在同源和异源二聚体形式,二聚体形式的hBMP-7是其生物学活性主要形式。糖尿病肾病和前列腺癌是两种常见的老年疾病,近年来发现BMP7是一个重要的功能性生物活性分子和疾病标志物,在糖尿病肾病、前列腺和乳腺肿瘤等领域均扮演重要的角色并发生表达变化。本文结合国内外最新研究进展,综述了BMP7的功能、信号调控和体外表达及其在糖尿病肾病等老年疾病中的应用。

Bone morphogenetic proteins are a subgroup of transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β） super-family. BMP7 is a member of Bone morphogenetic protein family. Natural human BMP7 is present as heomo or hetero dimer. Dimmer is the main form of active human BMP7. Diabetic nephropathy and prostate cancer are two common geriatric disorders. It was found recent years that BMP7 was an important functional bioactive molecule and disease marker and play a key role in some geriatric disorders such as diabetic nephropathy,tumor in prostate or breast. Its expression is changed markedly during the development of above disorder. Here the latest advancement of the function and signal regulation and in vitro expression, as well as its use in Geriu＇; ,m atrics was summarized.
