摘要
当今社会老龄化问题日趋严重,衰老已成为医学的研究热点。伴随年龄增长,机体细胞衰老,导致应激能力降低、免疫功能衰退、细胞损伤、感染,进而出现一系列衰老相关性疾病,如心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、阿尔茨海默病等。本文旨在综述常见衰老性疾病新近研究进展,并针对相关机制及调控靶点进行讨论。
Nowadays,the problem of social aging is becoming more and more serious, senility has became research hotspots in medicine. Accompany with age increasing, cell aging result in stress ability decreased, immune dysfunction, cell damage, and infection,and then bring out a series of senescence related diseases, such as angiocardiopathy, maliganant tumor and Alzheimer＇s disease. This paper is aimed to review the recent research progress of common senile disease and discussed relevant mechanism and regulated targets.
