阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive sleep apnea hyponea sydrome,OSAHS)与支气管哮喘(Asthma)作为呼吸系统的常见疾病,两者均可通过气道炎症及气道阻塞等病理机制,引起机体产生一系列缺氧表现。现越来越多的研究显示OSAHS与支气管哮喘间存在紧密的联系,两者存在许多相似之处,能相互影响病情的发展,故就两者相关性作一综述。

Sleep apnea hyponea sydrome and asthma are common diseases of the respiratory system, both of which can lead to a series of hypoxia manifestations through the pathological mechanism of airway inflammation and obstruction. Now, more and more studies show that there is a close relationship between OSAHS and asthma. Because there exist many similarities between the two, which can influence each other＇s development_ So the thesis makes a summary of the correlation between OSAHS and asthma.
