实验动物屏障系统建设与管理探讨

Discussion of Construction and Management of Barrier System for Laboratory Animals

实验动物是医学、生命科学研究的重要支持条件。屏障环境是进行清洁级动物和无特定病原体(SPF)动物的生产、实验和检疫的必要条件,是提供合格、标准、高质量实验动物的保障。本文结合川北医学院实验动物的繁殖、饲养和实验环境,参照国家实验动物环境标准,从屏障环境设施的标准操作规程、操作人员的管理、屏障设施维护、屏障系统环境因素和实验动物的质量监控等方面进行总结,以期为我国高等医学院校实验动物中心的屏障环境设施建设和有效管理提供一定的参考。

Laboratory animal is the most important support of the medicine and life science research. Barrier environment is necessary for production,test and quarantine of clean animals and SPF,which is a guarantee of standard qualified and high quality laboratory animals.Based on experimental animal center environment in North Siehuan Medical College including breeding,feeding and experiment, as well reference to the national environmental standards, barrier environment facilities were summarized from standard operating procedures, operating personnel management, barrier facilities maintenance, barrier environmental factors and the quality control of experimental animals in this article,in order to give some references to the experimental animals barrier facilities construction and effective management in medical colleges and universities.
