信息技术高速的发展和应用改变着人们的日常生活方式,也渗透和融合在教育领域各方面。慕课、微课、职业虚拟仿真等的出现改变着传统的教育教学,教师不再是学生获得知识的唯一渠道。在传统教学中,教师是学生主要的信息来源,而在信息社会,信息的来源已实现了多元化。信息技术对教师的专业教学能力提出来更高要求。所以,高职院校教师信息化教学能力培训尤其重要。

The rapid development and application of information technology has changed people＇s daily life style, and also per- meates and blends in all aspects of education. The appearance of MOOCS, micro learning resource and professional virtual simula- tion change traditional teaching. The teacher is no longer the only channel for students to acquire knowledge. In traditional teaching, teachers are the main source of information for students. The source of information has been diversified in the information society. Information technology puts forward higher requirements for teachers＇ professional teaching ability. Therefore, it is especially impor- tant for higher vocational college teachers to train their teaching ability.
