海上交通安全保障体系的建设一直是国内外航海界关注的重点。基于信息技术、计算机网络技术和导航技术的航标信息系统的研究,对实现航标的监控和管理的现代化,确保航标信息的准确性及用户方便快捷获取航标信息,为船舶安全航行提供更好的服务是非常必要的。本文主要研究利用短波通信实现对航标的遥测遥控。

The construction of marine traffic safety guarantee system has been the focus of attention of domestic and internation- al shipping circles. Study on the navigation information system based information technology, computer network technology and navigation technology is very necessary for the implementation of the modernization of monitoring and management, ensuring the accuracy of navigation mark information and the convenience of obtaining information for users, and providing better service. This paper mainly studies on the telemetry and telecontrol of navigation mark by shortwave communication.
