居家式社区养老服务的发展研究——以武汉市江北社区为例

Research on Development of Home-based Community Care——An Example from Wuhan Jiangbei Community

老龄化是我国人口发展的趋势,老年群体数量增多,养老服务需求大。在家庭养老功能弱化和社区养老优势凸显及机构养老力量有限的背景下,居家式社区养老是符合我国现实国情、养老传统和养老意愿的最好选择。通过对武汉市江汉区数十个社区的实地调研,发现老年人的养老服务需求与社区现行提供的服务存在很大的偏差,社区养老有很大的发展空间。提出社区发展的方向,给出具体的发展建议。

Aging is the trend of population development in China. As the number of elderly population increases, the demand for pension services is growing. In the background of the weakening function of family pension, the outstanding community care, and the limited power of rest home, family support in the community is the best choice in line with China＇s actual conditions, the traditions and wills of the old care. Based on the on-the-spot investigation of dozens of communities in Jianghan District of Wuhan City, this paper finds that though there is a great gap between the demand for the old care and the current service, the community care has great space to develop. This paper puts forward the direction of community development, and gives some specific suggestions.
