Recently, Puyang and China Railway conflict with each other on setting high-speed rail stations. According to an article called 'Nine questions for why there is no station in Puyang along the Beijing-Kowloon High-Speed Railway route', although local government's leaders and experts have made their utmost efforts to fight for setting stations, certain executives turn a deaf ear to the issue. Setting high-speed rail station can on one hand attract passenger flow and make local transportation more convenient, and on the other hand boost investment and raise GDP.
