补肾活血法对前列腺增生大鼠血浆TXB_2、6-keto-PGF_(1α)、LPO和红细胞SOD的影响

Effect of the Method of Bushenhuoxue on Plasma TXB_2、6-keto-PGF_(1α) 、LPO and RBC SOD in Rats with BPH

目的 :观察补肾活血法对前列腺增长症大鼠血浆TXB2 、6 keto PGF1α、LPO和红细胞SOD的影响。方法 :用丙酸睾丸素诱发大鼠前列腺增生症模型 ,以补肾活血方前列舒通颗粒剂灌胃。结果 :补肾活血方前列舒通颗粒可调节血浆TXB2 、6 keto PGF1α之间平衡 ,改善LPO和红细胞SOD活力。结论 :补肾活血法治疗BPH的取效可能与其改善前列腺素和自由基的作用有关。

To observe the effect of the method of Bushenhuoxue on plasma TXB 2、6 keto PGF 1α 、LPO and RBC SOD in rats with BPH,the rat models with BPH were induced through injecting testosterone propionate,perfused with Qian Lie shu Tong granuler of Bushenhuoxue.The result shows that QianLieShuTong granuler of Bushenhuoxue can adjust the balance between plasma TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α ,improve the vigour of LPO and RBC SOD.It suggest that the effect of the method of bushenhuoxue on BPH might has association with improving the action between prostaglandin and free radical.
