The Construction of Socialist Ideology with Chinese Characteristics and Modernization of the Governance

中国特色社会主义意识形态的发展已经成为推动民族进步和国家富强的重要精神动力。国家治理现代化的形成和提出,是中国共产党解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,高度重视国家现代化发展的结果。对中国特色社会主义意识形态的构建和国家治理现代化及两者的关系进行探究,从国家治理现代化的实质出发,加强其研究,推进其目标落实,并在此基础上探求中国特色社会主义意识形态构建的新路径,以期不断完善其理论体系,更好地服务于我国的意识形态建设。

The development of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics has become an important spiritual impetus to promote our national progress and prosperity. The formation and proposition of modernization of the state governance,specifically,the modernization of the state governance system and governance capability,is the result of emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts,keeping pace with the times,and attaching greater importance to the modernization of China by the Chinese Communist Party. In this paper,a tentative analysis is conducted on the construction of socialist ideology and modernization of the state governance as well as on their intrinsic relationship. The present paper,based on the essence of the state governance modernization,aims to seek new approaches to constructing the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in order to promote the study of the state governance modernization and the implementation of goals of the state governance modernization. It also aims to further consolidate the current construction of socialist ideology of China and continuously improve the theory of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics.
