医患冲突发生的内在逻辑及其互利关系建构

The Internal Logic of the Doctor-Patient Relationship Conflict and the Refactoring of Mutually Beneficial Doctor-Patient Relationship

医患之间有着既共同协作又相互对立的关系。然而,随着经济发展与社会转型,医患互不信任及相关冲突日益凸显和严重,并呈现暴力化倾向与互害发展模式。医患关系紧张、暴力事件频发与医患双方社会角色失衡以及当前医院运作机制的行政化等因素密切相关。理性医患关系的构建需要医院价值观和运行体制的双重调整,更需要医者主体自我防护体系与工作状态的调整,完善患者方的社会保障体系并重塑其医疗观念,提升社会医疗的整体水平,如此方可构建和谐、稳定、互信、互利的医患关系。

There are conflicts of cooperating with and opposing against each other between doctors and patients. However,with the development of economy and social transformation,the distrust and conflicts between doctors and patients have become more and more prominent and serious. And there has been the tendency of violence and even the developmental pattern of hurting each other. The doctor-patient stained relationship and the frequent occurrence of violent incidents are closely related with the imbalance of doctor-patient social roles and the present administration of hospital operation mechanism. The building of rational doctor-patient relationship requires the duel adjustment of the value and system of the hospital,the adjustment of self-protect system and working condition of doctors on their own,the improvement of social security system and refactoring of the concepts of medical treatment on the patients＇ part,and finally,the upgrading of social medical level to achieve the goal of building harmonious,stable,mutually trusting and mutually beneficial doctor-patient relationship.
