摘要
文化的作用是大学管理活动所要深深考虑的因素。"人化"管理,是通过文化治理来凸显和加强的。发展人的主体性思想力量,需要厚植大学的人文精神与人学沃土,优化研究与学习环境。我国大学的管理活动在实践中长期存在人的主体性被有意无意忽视的问题。为了适应实现建设现代高水平大学的管理,需要极大地实现人的主体性提升,根据人的主体性发展逻辑,科学把握管理之道,鼓励创新创造,理性建构质量文化,尊重人格差异,正确处理与营造和谐文化,均衡权力之争。
Cultural impetus are the essential factors that should be taken into account in modern university management activities. The management of"humanization"can only be enhanced and achieved through the cultural governance. The development of human subjectivity ideological power can only be successful through strengthening humanistic spirit and human feelings,the optimization of research and learning environments. Humanistic subjectivity has often been neglected consciously or unconsciously in the course of the long-standing Chinese university management practice. In order to adapt to the construction of high level modern university management,it is imperative to realize and enhance the idea of humanistic subjectivity,grasp the way of management according to the inner logic of humanistic subjectivity,construct quality culture by encouraging innovation and creativity,handle the dimensions of development,create a harmonious culture by respecting personality differences,and achieve the balance between powers.
