摘要
在快速城镇化发展的背景下,在资本逻辑和权力的推动下,村落社会正经历着"去乡土化""村落的终结"等问题。运用空间生产理论,以昆明市化成村为例总结了古村落在城镇化进程中的空间生产过程,研究发现古村落空间生产的结果是政府、开发商和居民以各自利益为导向相互作用的结果,其中政府和开发商占据主导地位,由此带来城镇化过程中地域文化丧失、社会空间结构分异等问题,从而提出古村落在城镇化进程中的保护更新策略。
In the context of urbanization,the ancient villages are facing the problem of de-provincialization driven by the capital logic and power. Based on the theory of spatial production,this paper analyzes the case of Kunming Huacheng village and summarizes its spatial production process. The study found that the government,the developers and the residents have their own interests-oriented motivation to transform the ancient village. The government and the developers are dominant in decision-making and thus bring the issues as the loss of regional culture and the differentiation of the social space structure,and then they jointly put forward the corresponding protection and renovation countermeasures about ancient village.
