摘要
庄子思想蕴含审美技术思想,与目前学术讨论热点——"工匠精神"有着天然的联系。高职教育所培育的"工匠精神"蕴含敬业精神,追求产品质量和服务的精益求精,在这种精神信念引导下从事生产与社会生活,从中获得职业的满足感与成就感,与庄子崇尚自然、追求人的精神自由和自我满足感的人本思想如出一辙,高职教育"工匠精神"的培育可以从古老传统文化——庄子思想中获得有益的启示。
Zhuangzi thoughts contain aesthetic technology thought, which has the natural relation with "Craftsman Spirit", the current hot academic topic. "Craftsman Spirit" in higher vocational education contains professional spirit, the pursuit of product quality and service excellence. Occupational satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment from careers under this kind of spiritual beliefs is the same with Zhuangzi thought, which is the pursuit of nature, spiritual freedom and self satisfaction. Therefore, in the culti- vation of "Craftsman Spirit", higher vocational education could get some enlightenment from Zhuangzi thoughts.
