基于单片机的摩托车数字仪表盘设计

摘要 针对传统摩托车仪表盘体积大、寿命短、稳定性差等问题,本文提出将嵌入式系统与显示屏相结合的方法,研究基于单片机的摩托车数字仪表盘。控制模块采用AT89C52单片机实现对电路的控制和对数据的处理,模数转换器件采用ADC0809负责将油量和水温的模拟量转换成数字量,数字式温度传感器DS18B20测量室外温度,LCD1604显示里程、速度、时间、水温、油量以及室外温度,键盘负责修改时间和控制转向灯。该设计相比传统摩托车仪表盘,在外观上更加轻便、简单,使用寿命增长,仪表盘的稳定性也显著增强,可以很好的应用到实际应用中。 In view of the problems of large volume, short life and poor stability of traditional motorcycle dashboard,this paper puts forward the method of combining embedded system with display, and researches on motorcycle digital dashboard based on single-chip microcomputer. AT89C52 single-chip is used to achieve the control of the circuit and the data processing in control module, and ADC0809 is used to convert the amount of oil and water temperature into digital in AD converter device. The digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to measure the outdoor temperature.LCD1604 is responsible for showing mileage, speed, time, water temperature, oil and outdoor temperature. The modification is used to change the time and control turn signal. Compared with traditional motorcycle dashboard, this paper makes the motorcycle dashboard more light and simple in appearance, longer in using life, better in stability. It can be used to the practical application perfectly.
