剖宫产患者应用舒适护理对心理状态、疼痛及应激水平分析

Psychological State, Pain and Stress Level of Patients after Cesarean Section Treated by Comfort Nursing

目的分析剖宫产患者应用舒适护理对心理状态、疼痛厦应激水平。方法分析本院2016年3月-2017年3月期间接治的98例剖宫产患者资料．将行常规护理的设为时照组（49例）．将行舒适护理的设为观察组（49倒），对比2组心理状态、疼痛及应激水平。结果与观察组（31．63±2．21）分、（30．10±274）分、（3．51±1．12）分、（405．25±50．31）nmol／1。比较，对照组HAMA、HAMD、VAS评分及Cort水平均更高,比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理实施于剖宫产患者可取得满意效果．具临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the psychological state, pain and stress level of patients a{ter cesarean section treated with comfort nursing. Methods The clinical data o{ 98 patients who had undergone cesarean delivery in the hospital between March 2016 and March 2017 were analyzed. The patients who had received routine nursing were taken as the control grnup （n=49）, whereas those given comfort nursing were set as the observation group （n=49）. The psychological state, pain and stress level of the patients were compared betweet the two groups. Results The scores of HAMA, HAMD and VAS, and Cort level in the observation group were registered respectively at （31.63± 2.21）, （30. 107±2.74）, （3.51± 1.42） and （405.25±50.31） nmol/L, all higher than the control group, where Ihe differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. conelusion For patients who had undnergone cesarean delivery, comfort nursing can achieve satisfactory results, and is with significant value to be put into clincal application.
